2025 Convention Silent Auction – With a GREAT List of Available Items!

This is your opportunity to purchase a great item at a discounted price and at the same time help support the annual American Trakehner Association convention!

For complete and detailed information on any item, call the phone number listed next to the item before you place your bid. Please be aware of any additional costs before you bid. Please note that any such fees associated with the purchase of any of the donated breedings are the responsibility of the bid winner. How To Bid

Silent Auction Instructions

  1. These instructions pertain to the Silent Auction Online Bidding which ends on [date to come].
  2. A “SILENT AUCTION” button will be available at the start of the auction. It will be posted on the ATA home page, Membership home page, as well as the Events & News main page. Bidding closes [date to come] at 9:00 p.m. EST.
  3. The online auction will run from this site. See winners notification procedure below.
  4. Accurate and complete contact information is required during the online bidding process and will be validated by the ATA Office. Users who submit invalid information will be removed from the auction. Your contact information will remain private and is only available to ATA personnel. For security purposes, your specific IP (Internet Provider) address is recorded with your registration. Specify your name, email, full address and phone number. Once you have registered for the auction, you will be sent a confirmation of registration.
  5. Bid Increments – please increase previous bids by a minimum of the stated reserve price.
  6. You will be notified by email when you bid successfully, when you have been outbid, and at the close of the auction.
  7. “Proxy” bidding is NOT available. Please check back often to make sure you win the items you have bid on.
  8. All bids placed are binding.
  9. Send technical questions or problem with signing into the site to the ATA webmaster at [email protected]
  10. The auction will end at 9:00 p.m. EST on [date to come].
  11. WINNERS will be notified via email after the auction ends. All onsite auction wins must be paid by Visa/MC or personal check immediately upon auction close. Winners not onsite at TIEC will receive an invoice and can pay online immediately or call the ATA Office on Monday [date to come] to submit your credit card information. Merchandise will be shipped once payment has been received. All online (offsite) auction wins must be paid by Visa/MC or personal check within 2 business days of official notice of having won the auction. All payments go to the ATA.

ATA Convention Silent Auction Terms and Conditions

The auction shall be governed by the following terms and conditions:

  • The 2025 Convention Silent Auction will be conducted by Internet bidding for those items identified prior to the meeting.

  • Bidding closes [date to come] at 9:00 pm EST!

  • Some items may have “good through” dates. Please check auction material for any restrictions or availability of items or services.

  • Bids are binding and cannot be withdrawn. A bidder may bid on any number of items, however by placing a bid you are making a legal contract between yourself and the American Trakehner Association.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

The owners of the items in this auction have graciously donated in support of the 2025 ATA Annual Convention
– without which, our meetings would be much more expensive for our members.
