High Point Show Ribbon Request

Show Manager / Show Secretary Best Score Ribbon Request Form

Please read this form and complete it so we can quickly and efficiently send you the ribbon for your show. In requesting this ribbon, you are certifying that you are part of the show management team, and you are promising on behalf of your organization to do the following:

Advertise the award’s availability in your show promotional materials, offer it to all ATA registered horses in single-horse classes, and award it to the proper winner (i.e., the single horse with the highest percent score).

Make sure the winner is qualified by having a copy of the horse’s registration papers submitted with the class registration form. You are also welcome to email the ATA office to verify eligibility.

Fill out and send back the High Point Ribbon reporting form that comes with the ribbon. We will need the winner’s name and address, the horse’s name and ATA registration number, the class description, and the score.
