- September 14, 2026: Horses arrive
- September 15, 2026: Clinic with Peter Gray; Dinner and talk with three-time Olympian and FEI Judge, Peter Gray
- September 16, 2026: Clinic with Peter Gray
- September 17, 2026: Mare and Foal Inspections; Dinner at The Gaze and Graze Stable View
- September 18, 2026: Stallion Inspections; cocktail hour from 4pm-6pm and Stallion Show with Stallion Meet & Greet; 7pm dinner and music at Local Junction
- September 19, 2026: Membership meeting; lecture with Dr. Ellen Staples DVM, CJF, TE at 2pm; awards dinner at 6pm at Stable View Gaze and Graze Bistro
