Rondel was approved by the ATA in November, 1997 Klaus Wittlich's comments from inspection: Rondel is an extemely pretty stallion, with very good breed and gender type, a large and clear eye and a very good neck. The stallion has a good top line, is constructed well and has good joints. He has three good basic paces; the good thrust from the hindquarters was especially evident at the canter. Rondel has very interesting bloodlines. His ancestors Donauwind, Mahagoni, Flaneur, Consul are performance producers in the Trakehner breed. Thus, the get of this stallion are expected to do very well.
