BACK to Stallion List

Bred by Jürgen von Gierke, he was the last son of the great Pan Am bronze medalist, Amiego *E* to stand in North America, and was a maternal half-brother to 2000 NMS Champion, King Arthur TSF. As a 5 and 6 yr. old, his performance career began in eventing, finishing 1st, 2nd or 3rd in every event and in 1997, Kitfox was ATA Training HOY Reserve Champion. Although he had inherited his sire's ability to jump, his true calling was dressage where after switching disciplines at 7, he was successfully competing at Intermediare I in only 3 years.
