Steinburg was approved for breeding by the German Trakehner Verband as a 4-year-old in 1997 and Oldenburg Verband in 2000. He embodies all the qualities knowledgeable breeders look for in a sport horse stallion; outstanding temperament and trainability, three excellent gaits and proven durability and soundness. Steinburg exhibits conformation and refined elegance ideally suited for dressage. He has natural ability to collect, evidenced by a quick and active hind leg. His walk is forward and swinging,his trot is elastic and well-balanced, uphill canter. Inspection comments: Very beautiful Kennedy son who knows how to prresent himself in an expressive manner. Harmonic lines in his upper body, good neck, shoulder, saddle position. Regarding his foundation, his foreleg could be a bit more correct. He moves with natural elevation and self-carriage and with good medhanics. (German Trakehner Stallion Book)
