History:
Approved in October 1972 at Neumünster, he then stood for E. Schlegel, FRG. He stood for Walter Müller from 1974 until he was imported by Iron Spring Farm in October of 1977. Flugwind stood at Iron Spring's Coatesville, PA farm until 1980, he was then moved to CA to stand at Ridgecrest Farm until 1985 and then later at Rosewood Farms.
Comments from German Trakehner Stallion Book:A stallion with good type in a large frame; very harmonious overall; sloping shoulder, good muscling on body; in spite of somewhat open angles in the hindquarters, his movements in trot and canter are very good.
