American Trakehner Association Futurity Nomination

(Nomination form and payment must be received in the ATA office by September 1st)

Instructions:

This form may be used to nominate your horse for the ATA Futurity, to add divisions at a later date or to submit your horse's show registration numbers prior to competing.

  1. Fill out form online
  2. Pay the appropriate fees (using Paypal with the button below), call a credit card # in to the ATA, or mail a check to the ATA
  3. Submit application electronically to the ATA (using SUBMIT button below)
  4. Remember to send a copy of your horse's registration papers (front and back) to the ATA office
  5. If for some reason your computer security or browser does not support this form submission, please print it and mail it to the ATA along with your payment.
