Directions for Filling out the Form & Notes:

First come, first served as the clinic will fill up quickly. All applications must be submitted online. You will be notified if there is still room in the clinic and what your ride time will be at which time a stabling reservation form with information about the facility, directions, and an invoice for payment will be forwarded to you. Payment for both the clinic and stabling ($40 per night) will be due NLT October 30. Non-receipt of required payment will result in allowing another rider to participate. 

If the clinic is full, you will be contacted.

Required releases for admission to a clinic will be provided in the packet of information you will receive with clinic acceptance. Each rider (and owner/trainer/agent, if applicable) must agree to and sign a waiver of liability for the ATA, TIEC and the clinician, and agree to and sign release allowing the use of video and photographs of rider and horse. This clinic will be open to the public for auditing, and may be broadcast or recorded for playing at a later date.

All auditor registration will be paid for in the same manner and by the same date as riders.

NOTE: Each rider must provide a negative Coggins and current Health Certificate upon arrival at TIEC.

Note: all fees and signed release form must be received by office before registration will be processed

DON’T FORGET YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THE STABLING FORM AND PROVIDE A CURRENT COGGINS TEST AND VETERINARY HEALTH CERTIFICATE ON ARRIVAL
